About us
Ever since we were kids, our father taught us everything we know about hunting. We’ve grown up hunting and learned to love its traditions. After his passing, we made the choice to carry forward his legacy, joining fellow hunters on expeditions, much like he did with us in our youth.
Three decades ago, our father established MG Hunting, an Argentine-based organization catering to the needs of both Big and Small Game hunters. The great number of travelers who join us annually and their enthusiastic testimonials are testament to our standing as a premier company for organizing unparalleled personalized and private hunting experiences.
For an enhanced, personalized adventure, at least one of the Gil siblings will join you on your trip. We offer exclusive hunting fields in La Pampa, Buenos Aires, and Córdoba, along with authentic Argentinian cuisine and comfortable lodgings.
We eagerly anticipate hosting you as one of our guest hunters, ensuring your South American safari becomes an unforgettable memory.
A family of hunters
Marcelo Gil, born into the legacy of a Spanish gunsmith, dedicated his entire life to a profound passion for firearms and the art of hunting.
His journey began in the realm of skeet shooting at a very early age, evolving into an accomplished Olympic athlete, representing his nation at the Atlanta ’96 Olympic Games and participating in 20 world championships and 8 Pan American championships, among others.
His prowess adorned podiums and earned him a trove of prestigious cups and medals we still cherish. Immersed in the hunting industry from the outset, Marcelo ventured into founding his own hunting company two decades ago. Backed by a team of great professionals, he has orchestrated countless successful safaris, consistently leaving hunters satisfied.
MG Hunting stands as the brainchild of Marcelo Gil, a distinguished member of the SCI and an esteemed hunting guide across various Argentine provinces. Marcelo poured his heart and soul into crafting truly unforgettable hunting experiences, a legacy now carried forward by his three sons.
